Chicago Gaelic Park

6119 W. 147th St
Oak Forest, IL 60452
'Once a Dream, Now a Reality'

Founded in 1979 by members of the GAA, Chicago Gaelic Park continues to serve as an epicenter of Irish cultural activities. Before its existence, GAA games were played in various parks and American football stadiums throughout the Chicagoland area. Establishing a permanent home for Chicago GAA had long been a dream of many, and through dedication, hard work, and donated time, labor and materials, Chicago Gaelic Park became a reality and remains a premier facility for Gaelic sports.

Chicago Gaelic Park sits on a 62 acre site.  The main building consists of three functions rooms, and the Carraig Pub. Additionally, there is a covered outdoor patio, a children's playground, and no less than 6 full size playing fields!
